What’s All This Mean?

For the third time in history, Rocket Lab is launching its Electron rocket from its launch complex in Wallops Island, Virginia. Located on the eastern seaboard of the United States, this NASA complex will be host to Rocket Lab’s future Neutron rocket. The NROL-123 mission is launching three collaborative research missions through NRO’s Rapid Acquisition of a Small Rocket (RASR) contract. The mission is named by Rocket Lab as “Live and Let Fly”.
